Order Processing
All orders are processed within [1-3 business days] after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to United States. If we do not ship to your location, this will be indicated at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details may take up to [24–48 hours] to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed on international orders. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5-7 days of delivery with supporting photos so we may assist you in filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
